Anytime Activity Mat

2025 Lovevery at Walmart

A portable activity mat designed to support sensory exploration and fine motor development from birth. Features four interactive activity corners including a sound pillow, crinkle peek-a-boo, ribbons and a teether. 
The Anytime Activity Mat was one of Lovevery’s first products launched at Walmart, bringing Lovevery’s early development approach to a broad retail context.

The Reading Skill Set

2024 at Lovevery

The Reading Skill Set is a phonics-based program designed to make early literacy acquisition enjoyable and effective.&#38;nbsp;


My contributions included developing educational toys and games, such as “Sound Swap and Drop” and “Prefix &#38;amp; Suffix Story Fix,” as well as supporting my team through ideation and rapid prototyping to enhance skills like storytelling, r-controlled vowels, and more.


The Reading Skill Set has delivered impressive results, with 98% of children improving their reading test scores and 94% of parents feeling more confident in supporting their child's reading journey.

LifeVest Wearable Cardioverter

Defibrillator
2022 internship at ZOLL

	
The LifeVest® wearable cardioverter defibrillator (WCD) is designed to protect patients at risk of sudden cardiac death by continuously monitoring heart rhythms and delivering a life-saving electrical shock when necessary.&#38;nbsp;

During my internship, I focused on improving the comfort, usability, and integration of the LifeVest WCD. In collaboration with human factors engineers, we proposed design directions that better integrate the soft goods (garment) and hardware (electrode belt, monitor) into patients’ daily lives. These enhancements support the development of the next generation of this life-saving device.&#38;nbsp;

Furniture Projects

2020 apprenticeship at The Custom Cottage
2022 furniture design course&#38;nbsp;

During my carpentry apprenticeship, I honed my woodworking skills while building custom bunk beds and work desks. This hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in furniture construction and design.


Leveraging these skills, I later designed and crafted a traditional Yoke-Back Chair, blending classic aesthetics with modern craftsmanship.

	Hey friend!I am currently designing educational toys at Lovevery,&#38;nbsp;a montessori-inspired toy company based in Boise, Idaho. Previously, I interned at ZOLL LifeVest, a medical device company focused on cardiac health.&#38;nbsp;


Having designed for both FDA-recognized class III medical devices and baby toys subject to EU/UK and North American standards, I see strict safety and regulatory requirements as a unique design challenge. No matter how constrained the product spaces may be, my goal is always to create delightful, bold forms that intuitively communicate both function and intention.
